Dec 13, 2015Michael Dukakis Institute

Bill Ottman, the CEO and co-founder of Minds.com delivered his speech on how to create pure Internet as a part of being a fellow of Michael Dukakis Leadership program in the Global Cybersecurity Day event which was held at Harvard Faculty Club on December 12.

A pure Internet, in the view of Ottman, means a “free and open source infrastructure”. Several terms and issues that contribute to the pure Internet are discussed, including free bandwidth, free software, free software, open source encryption, freedom of information, and clean energy sources.
