Features contributions by Arbitrator Arnold Zack, Marcy Goldstein-Gelb, and Hedrick Smith
The Boston Global Forum invites you to attend a special event, as we launch an initiative to nominate and recognize the best practice companies that have made significant contributions to the issue of worker safety and rights, particularly in the aftermath of the Tazreen Fashions Factory fire and the Rana Plaza collapse in Bangladesh. The initiative will be announced by our Chairman Michael Dukakis and the event will be moderated by Thomas Patterson, the Bradlee Professor of Government and the Press at Harvard Kennedy School of Government’s Shorenstein Center. In addition, the event will feature contributions from Arnold Zack, a world renowned arbitrator and Senior Research Associate at Harvard Law School’s Labor and Worklife Program, MassCOSH Executive Director Marcy Goldstein-Gelb, Pulitzer Prize winner Hedrick Smith, and a potential surprise guest. The event will be accessible through a livestream on the Boston Global Forum website. We hope you can all attend as we continue our work on minimal standards for worker safety and rights.
