On June 8, 2023, the esteemed leaders of the Hai Duong Government, including Mr. Tran Duc Thang, Chief of the Party of Hai Duong, and Governor Trieu The Hung, gathered to attend and speak at a momentous event. The occasion marked the launch of a new Information Gateway in Hai Duong, Vietnam. Among the distinguished keynote speakers was Boston Global Forum CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan, who delivered a compelling address focusing on ideas and strategies to position Hai Duong as a vibrant innovation hub in Northern Vietnam while fostering engagement in Global Enlightenment Mountain (GEM).
