Nguyen Anh Tuan, Global Governance Architect, Co-Founder, Co-Chair, and CEO of the Boston Global Forum, will deliver a special talk on his new book, AI World Society (AIWS): A 30-Year US–Vietnam Partnership, From Nha Trang to Boston (1995–2025), at Hanoi Law University.
The event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Hanoi time) on December 16, 2025, at 87 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi, Vietnam. The program is jointly organized by Hanoi Law University and Tri Thuc Publishing.
The discussion will be moderated by Vu Quang Minh, High-Level Ambassador, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, and Representative of the Boston Global Forum in Vietnam.
Nguyen Anh Tuan’s presentation will explore three decades of cooperation between the United States and Vietnam, highlighting how the AI World Society (AIWS) reflects a shared journey—from post-normalization engagement in the mid-1990s to forward-looking collaboration in AI governance, digital transformation, and human-centered development today.
The event is expected to attract scholars, students, policymakers, and practitioners interested in the intersection of law, technology, and international partnership in the AI Age. The book is co-authored by Nguyen Anh Tuan and Thomas Patterson, and published by Tri Thuc Publishing, one of Vietnam’s most respected academic publishers.
