Anne Duong is an owner of a corporation investing in industrial parks, ports, logistic services, infrastruture construction and agricultural products in Vietnam. She is the vice president of an industrial zone in Dong Nai, the vice president and general director of a construction and investment company in Ho Chi Minh City, and the vice president of a logistics service port in Ba Ria Vung Tau.

Prior to investing, Anne worked at Vietnam Construction Consultancy Corporation – Southern Branch (VNCC) for 25 years, where she started out as Chief Accountant, became the Deputy Director within two years and eventually acted as the Director for the rest of her time there. VNCC is one of the biggest construction design and consulting companies in Vietnam. With more than 60 years in operation, VNCC has contributed to creating thousands of architectural projects and has worked with many foreign design consultants in large-scale projects. In 2015, Anne was honored a medal for her contribution to the Vietnam construction industry by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.

Anne earned a Bachelor in Accounting and Audit from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics in 1994, a Postgraduate Certificate in Economics and Public Policy from Fulbright Economics Teaching Program in 2006, a Financial Director Certificate from PACE Business School in 2008, a Master of Economics from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics in 2009, a Practice Certificate in Construction Valuation in Engineering – class 1 from Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction in 2011, and a BS in Civil Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2015.
